These terms govern the use of NiceSurveys ("the Service"), operated by Make Opinion GmbH, Elfenallee 5, 13127 Berlin, Germany. By creating an account you accept these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (18 in some countries) and may only hold one account. Operating multiple accounts leads to termination and forfeiture of balances.
2. Surveys and rewards
Surveys are provided by third-party market-research partners. Rewards are credited to your balance only after the partner confirms a valid completion. Completions that are later reversed by the partner (e.g. fraud, poor data quality) will be deducted from your balance, which may become negative.
3. Payouts
- You earn in the currency of the country you signed up from; it cannot be changed. The minimum payout is shown in the app (about 5 EUR / 5 USD in your currency).
- Rewards are delivered by email through our payout partner Tremendous.
- We aim to send payouts within 10 minutes; some payouts are held for a short manual review.
- Payouts can be refused when accounts violate these terms.
4. Prohibited behaviour
- Providing false profile data or inconsistent survey answers
- Using VPNs, proxies, emulators or automation
- Speeding through surveys
- Attempting to manipulate the Service or its partners
5. Termination
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time in the settings; unpaid balances are forfeited.
6. Liability
The Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for lost earnings, survey availability or third-party failures.
